Outreach Service

We can now offer an Outreach Service to clients in the community.

The aim of the service is to identify and enable participants to work on their goals and aspirations, which will enhance and enrich their lives.

The service offers an Outreach Support Worker, skilled and experienced in working with people with a brain injury, working on a one-to-one basis on the agreed rehabilitation goals.

Some of the activities that clients have gained or regained skills in are:

Organising, working around memory problems.
Housework.
Gardening.
Relating better to family members.
Coping with paperwork.
Accessing services and financial benefits.
Sailing.
Swimming.
Shopping.
Planning and preparing a meal.

There are many ways in which an Outreach Support Worker may be able to assist you, what we can offer, depends on indiviual need.
